1. Shipping Locations We ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia. USA orders are shipped from within the United States for faster delivery.
2. Processing Time Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
3. Shipping Times USA Orders: 3-5 business days via USPS Priority Mail (shipped from within the USA) International Orders: 7-14 business days depending on location and customs processing
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

- Free Shipping on orders $50+
- Standard Shipping: $4.99 for orders under $50
International: Shipping rates calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
5. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. USA orders can be tracked via USPS. International orders receive tracking when available through the carrier. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once they are in the carrier's possession. We recommend purchasing shipping protection at checkout for added security. If your package is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received, contact us at support@goadaptory.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
7. Customs & Import Fees (International Orders) International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged by their country. These fees are not included in your order total and are collected upon delivery. We have no control over these charges.
8. Incorrect Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We cannot redirect packages once they have shipped. If you provided an incorrect address, you may need to place a new order at your expense.
9. Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately at support@goadaptory.com with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund.
