Your first order is risk-free. Whether it's a one-time purchase or your first subscription order, you have 45 days from the delivery date to try our products. If you're not satisfied, we'll refund you—no questions asked.

Important: The 45-day guarantee applies to your first order only. Subsequent subscription orders (2nd and beyond) are non-refundable.

Your first purchase (one-time or subscription) is covered by our 45-day guarantee from delivery.

Defective Products

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are always eligible for replacement or full refund—no matter the order.

Free Return Shipping

We provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you for all eligible returns.

2nd+ Subscriptions

Subscription orders after your first are non-refundable. Cancel before rebill to avoid charges.

Shipping Fees

We'll email you a prepaid shipping label. Ship the product back to us at no cost to you. You don't need to return opened bottles—just what you haven't used.

Get Your Refund

Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Refund includes product cost only—original shipping and protection fees are non-refundable.

Subscription orders: After your first subscription order, subsequent deliveries (2nd, 3rd, etc.) are non-refundable. You must cancel your subscription before it rebills to avoid being charged.

Defective products: Damaged, incorrect, or defective products are always eligible for replacement or refund—regardless of order number or subscription status. Just contact us with photos.

45-day window: The guarantee period starts from the delivery date, not the purchase date. Track your delivery to know when your window begins.
